We are navigating two worlds.

One, a world of oppressive systems. A world in which we are just cogs in the wheel. One in which we are encouraged to sacrifice our peace, our wellbeing, our bodies, and our hearts for the sake of the machine. A world that insists that we deplete our resources, and stay dysregulated and disconnected. We carry the weight from this traumatic existence for generations, past, present, and future.

And two, the natural world. A world of Earth, Air, Fire and Water. A world where we are reminded of our connection to every living thing. A world that speaks the language of our wild, animal bodies. A world of natural cycles that feel in alignment to our true nature. A world that holds the wisdom to our peaks and valleys, to our growth phases and our dormant times. And all the grace we need to just be human.

My passion for holding Sacred Space for the divine unfolding of my clientele is the driving force behind my practice. Utilizing my knowledge in Body Work, BodyIntuitive, Breathwork, Circle Keeping, Curanderismo Practices, and almost two decades of healing arts experience coupled with my organic love and intuition, I create customized sessions designed for YOUR body, YOUR spirit, and YOUR needs.

I received my AOS degree in Massage from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2009 with certifications in Neuromuscular Massage and Reflexology. I honed my skills working with a well known Denver area spa for the first years of my career. I then felt the call to venture on my own, and have been a Xicana Owned business since 2013.

As my business blossomed, so did my connection to Spirit and Community. I’m currently widening my folk medicine knowledge under the mentorship of esteemed teachers, partaking in a 4 year Curanderismo Apprenticeship in Denver, Colorado. I’ve also deepened my community connections by becoming a Circle Facilitator with The Wild Woman Project and Sistership Circle, and completing a Level 2 certification as a Revelation Breathwork Facilitator. Each petal of the flower revealing more love and expansion in my own personal healing work, allowing me to show up fully and authentically in the services I offer to the world.

I’ve come to understand that healing work isn’t linear nor is it compartmentalized. I hold space for your body, mind and spirit to figure out how to return to homeostasis, in the ways that are authentic to you. My experience in the healing arts combined with my expertise in energy and medicinal modalities, allows me to provide a unique service that is both therapeutic and calming.  I truly believe in the healing powers of intuitive, nurturing care.
